Heart palace is the principal seat of the Heart family. It is the Higest Point in Wondertropolis. The heart Crystal was kept here during the reign of Queen Genevieve. After Redd's coup in the Looking Glass Wars (LGW), Redd moved the power seat and the Heart Crystal to her Fortress on Mount Isolation. During Redd's reign, Heart Palace was left to decay. After Alyss's return to Wonderland, Dodge Ander's brings Alyss to the palace to remind her of her duty to defeat Redd. Redd finds them there with a mirror, and they are forced to flee.
By the time of Seeing Redd, Heart palace has been completely reconstructed.
